Stayed here with friends and we really had a great time! This villa has 5 bedrooms, and I’d say it’s huge! The high ceilings make the rooms feel even more spacious. I was also impressed that it has a lift, which I think is a great feature if someone in the group has mobility issues. No reason anyone should miss out on spending time together, right? 😄 The beds were comfy, the pool is massive, and one thing I absolutely love about this villa is that it’s fully equipped. It has entertainment facilities like a pool table, plus wellness amenities including a sauna, ice bath, and jacuzzi, you can even spend the evening enjoying some wine while watching a movie on the projector from the bar area. Overall, we had an amazing experience. Thank you to Martin and all the staff for the great hospitality!

A perfect luxury 5-bedroom villa in Ungasan! The amenities are exceptional, including a modern brand-new gym, a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful city lights, a sauna, and an ice bath for post-workout recovery. The lift is also a great addition, making it easy to move around the villa. Every aspect of our stay was comfortable and luxurious. I truly enjoyed my time here and can't wait to come back!

“Overall, great customer service and very responsive.”
The villa is as you expected from the pictures: plenty of space to roam around, outdoor and indoor. We only spent a couple of nights there but experienced top-notch service from day one; the onsite staff were thoughtful and patient with our requests, and the lead person there, Yoga, is amazing! While it's close to other entertainment like beach clubs, etc. you can spend days inside the villa and enjoy the amenities offered onsite, i.e., pool for the kiddos, gym and massage rooms for the grown-ups, and garden area for some quiet time. Plenty of rooms with a great view (including ours). We played at the pool table and lounged in the tub. It was really nice to enjoy the sunset view from the top floor, and we LOVED having our meals in the outdoor kitchen. The head Chef, Vincent, accommodated all our dietary restriction needs and random cravings. Overall, great customer service and very responsive. Cannot recommend this villa enough and bring our extended family back next time!

“We will definitely come back to stay here!”
Great 3 generation family stay with an elevator and ground level bedroom for our parents, with easy access to the garden and living room. We felt very safe too with their 24hr security onsite, so kids can roam around the estate freely and safely.
We were told it's not far from some lovely beach clubs and Melasti Beach, however we didn't go because there is plenty to do for our big family at Cloud9. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, pool, massage room, lovely rooftop jacuzzi (that fits the whole family!), and sauna.
We also enjoyed the complimentary dinner, thank you Chef Vincent for the delicious pizzas. Thank you also to the villa team for looking after us.
We have been to Bali many times and we will definitely come back to stay here!

“We just spent a few unforgettable nights at Cloud Nine in Ungasan”
We just spent a few unforgettable nights at Cloud Nine in Ungasan and can't recommend it enough. The villa is brand new and beautifully decorated, stylish and immaculate. The facilities are top notch, especially the pool, bar, and jacuzzi, which has incredible sunset views.
What really set this place apart was the staff. They were friendly and proactive, always anticipating what we needed before we asked. Huge shoutout to our butler Yoga, who took great care of us, and to chef Vincent, who happily accommodated our dietary needs and suggested fantastic meals — so good we barely felt the need to go out and eat elsewhere.
Location-wise, you're minutes from Melasti and some of the best beach clubs in Bali, and the villa has special deals with a few of them (just ask staff). It's also close to Savaya, Bali's most famous nightclub. And if you’d rather stay in, they have an on-site spa, so there’s no need to leave at all.
Overall, an amazing stay from start to finish. Thank you Cloud Nine!

“We had an amazing stay at Cloud Nine!”
We had an amazing stay at Cloud Nine! The villa offers massive bedrooms, a proper gym, and an enormous swimming pool that exceeded our expectations. The sauna, ice bath, and jacuzzi were standout features. Anyone who enjoys fitness, training, or recovery will absolutely love staying here, as it provides everything you need in one place. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again!
